1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the nagawon platform, including the website, mobile app, and all services provided by us. By accessing or using the nagawon platform in any way, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

3User Account

Each member is fully responsible for all activity that occurs within their account. This includes all bets, financial transactions, and communications made using your login credentials.

• Nagawon will never request your password via email, message, or phone.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account protection.
• If you suspect any unauthorised activity in your account, contact nagawon customer support immediately.

Nagawon will not be liable for any losses suffered as a result of unauthorised account use if you fail to report the matter to us within a reasonable timeframe.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

All financial transactions on nagawon are processed securely using 256-bit SSL encryption. Funds deposited into your nagawon account are for entertainment purposes only and do not accrue interest.

• Withdrawal are only processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name.

6Game Rules

• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to access the platform from a restricted region.

• Voluntary account closure requested by the member, including through a self-exclusion program.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the Nagawon customer support team. Any remaining balance in an account closed for valid reasons will be processed for withdrawal once all required security checks have been completed.

11Amendment of Terms

Nagawon reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, except for major changes which will be communicated at least 14 days before taking effect.
